can a VIP member get a SFO customized background? If so, how to request 1? and who makes them?

Anyone can make them.
They're just the only people who can add them(Elites to a small degree)

If an elite that has added their own custom stage gives you a color, then their custom stage is passed on to you until they take back the color.

all these things are dead on

ah person has to get the image they would like to be shown and get it costumed. then after they finish it they have to show it to a staff in charge of making stages for S.F.O that staff has to 1 approve of the image 2 he has to actually be able to put it in the game.3 it has to be given to the member ether through a Elite V.i.p ( no always the case) or get a staff to give it to you.But not all the time is this case true because not all the time will your stage ether work nor be approved for the game.i think that is about right please tel me if i am wrong or close.

anyone can make a stage but a staff or an elite vip needs to put it on their custom level url

u copy the stage and paste it on the custom level url and if you're wondering how it looks here's a Screen Shot of how it looks.

after you have the url of the picture save you go and paste press Ctrl + V

like this...

and click save and then logg out and logg back in and go and host and on the names of the stages for like example '' N.Y.C '' and those stages , etc the name of the Elite Acc will be the name of that stage.

yea if it wasn't clear from before i'll let it be known. only a few Elite vips can add there own stages including myself, i don't think the staff will just add your stages to the game like that, if that was the case then everyone will have a ton of stages in sfo, and who knows what... so yeah i hope this is clear

From What I know the (X-A) Guild abuse they elites and get all their guild members stages on there accounts. But, all elites can do it really.-

Once You Become Elite ..

You upload it to PhotoBucket.

And copy The code and Paste It to the Little Box On Top Your Colors List,
