Depends what's you are using the laptop for.
The first is light weight chrome book with Chrome OS. If you want light weight this is the one you should go for. Is has great battery life, the performance on this is pretty good. If you are Chrome person this one is for you. HP Pavilion, I currently have that laptop right now. Is very heavy and get hot real fast , it makes a lot of noise when turn on for long, the battery on this is crap, but it does the job of getting my work done. It comes with Windows 8, the specs on this is pretty decent for gaming. If I have to choose I'll go with HP Pavilion, just from my personal experience.

I also use a HP Pavillion laptop. They're not too bad, better than Toshiba in my experience. I agree with estset about the battery though, they tend to die after a year or two and then you need to have it plugged in 24/7 like I do now unless you want to keep replacing the batteries.
In saying that, I have had the least amount of problems with this laptop than any other I have owned so for future purchases I would be much more likely to go for a HP laptop again. |
